We organize tours for Individuals / families as well as for groups.
Q3: Can you organize Tailor Made Tours as per our needs ?
Yes, we can work together in organizing Tailor made trips for you and you can visit India & Nepal in your own pace , using your preferred transport - train , flight and car etc.
Q4: Can I chose our preferred Hotels ?
Yes, you can gives the list of your preferred hotels , we will pass on you the latest and authentic feedback of that hotels ( Service / Location / Facilities ).
Q5: Why your Recommendations of Hotels are different with Trip Advisor
See, In India people are quite tricky and reviews of 03 star or below category hotels can be fabricated. Recently, we visited a hotel to meet our clients in a highly recommended hotel. He was paying almost double of normal price of vicinity hotels for broken stairs / a very small lobby cum restaurants, locality in lonely, narrow lane. We asked you stayed here thrice why you not put any negative comments. He said innocently, there are a lot of negative news so that I accepted it in thinking “ It is India”. We are prefer to use a New hotels rather than a highly recommend hotels in case of 03star or below categories hotels.
Q6: Why should I take transport with you rather a TA recommended car &
We use only drivers who are worked with us at least 05 years so we know his driving skills ( Safety / Atitude), language , humbleness , vehicle cleaniness, knowledge about cities & restaurants etc.
B. Finding a new car quite easier than finding a good driver, as your memorable journey are heavily depends upon his service & knowledge.
C. If you will book with us then we can monitor on him or can replace another one in case of any major problem but it was not happened till today that any of our clients was unsatisfied with our drivers’ service whether they are budget or high end clients.
Q7: Solo Female travellers are safe in your driving tours ?
Yes , we only book the recommended hotels & car and drivers who look after all needs & safety of solo female travellers and also giving them some tips of safe travels in India.
Q8: What is check –in & Check –out timings in Hotels ?
In general , check –in & Check –out time : 12-00 Noon but we can request to concern hotel to allow you an early check –in at 09-00 AM or later and late check –out till 03-00 PM but it depends upon availability of rooms, can’t guaranteed in prior.
Q9: How Can I recognize our driver / executive at airport and how we meet ?
Our driver holds paging board of your Name with flight No. & will meet you at arrival hall of airports. We pay the entrance fee to enter till arrival hall. Due to security reason, sometimes nobodies are allowed to go inside airport in that case our driver will meet you at exit gate of airport. We will try to inform you it advance.
Q10: What is the start time of trips with driver?
In most cases, we suggest time after breakfast -09-00 AM to start sight –seeing tours but it can be adjustable ,considering clients preference , long drive time , in day trips.
Q11: What does mean of Half Day & Full Day Sight –seeing ?
Half day tour means a trip of more or less 04 Hours & full day tours up to 08 hours. +1 & -1 hours are adjustable.
Q12: Are your tours are insured ?
No , our tours are not insured , suggestible to insured it in your country , prior to your arrival. Although , our vehicles are insured.
Q13: How can you assists us in case of Riots / Natural Calamity / Flight
Cancelled / Train cancelled ?
We act as a Travel agents – sub service providers so our liabilities are limited. Can only refund the actual value of service with deducting our service charge. Suppose , you stuck in any city due to any reason ( Flight / Train Cancellation/ land slide etc ) , in that case , you have to pay for extra night stay in hotels & use of transportation. Another example – Flight issued in low fare after cancellation of it fare hiked then have to pay supplement.
Q14: When have to pay advance ?
Once , your desired services will be confirmed , we send you a proposed invoice with bank details to deposit payments into our account.
Q15: Your office is in Delhi but we are arriving in different location, how can I
collect my travel documents ?
We will send you a PDF file of your travel documents, you can print it on your end. Or , can send it to our handling agents office who will handover to you at time of arrival at airport.
Q16: Can you please let me know about packaging list / travel advisory/ local
cultures etc ?
Yes , sure , we will share it before coming to India.
