This morning start the city tour of Delhi by driving along Rajpath, a two mile long avenue originally the focal point of British India and now used for parades; lined with   rulers is a ornamental canals the views in both directions are imposing. Drive past India Gate, built to commemorate the Indian and British soldiers who died in World War 1, Parliament House and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Later in Old Delhi previously known as Shahjahanabad, take a cycle rickshaw through the  chaotic, noisy and bustling markets of Chandni Chowk, where trading continues in the maze of shops as it has done over the Centuries.   Stop at the magnificent Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India and the final architectural extravagance of Shah Jehan. Afterwards visit one of the most inspirational monuments of Delhi’s past, Humayun’s Tomb. The earliest great example of a Mughal garden tomb and the forerunner to the ornate Mughal style of architecture later perfected in the Taj Mahal, Humayun’s Tomb was built in 1565 by a Persian architect. Surrounded by well maintained gardens it is a wonderful place to visit. Conclude your day with visit to Qutub Minar, a World Heritage monument and one of the most instantly recognisable and historically important monuments in Delhi.

Morning 06-15 AM meet at Hotel and transfer to New Delhi Station : Train departs : 07-10 AM. Afternoon 01-00 PM  arrival at Amritsar Jn. , meat and transfer to hotel. Amritsar, literally meaning the ‘Pool of the Nectar of Immortality’, is one of the major cities of the Punjab state. The administrative headquarters of the Amritsar District, it is the major spiritual and cultural centre of Sikhs. The city, founded in 1577 by Guru Ram Das, the fourth Sikh Guru, is mostly inhabited by the Sikhs. Amritsar has grown from a sacred village pool into a spiritual centre of Sikh culture. The original pool site by which the Golden Temple is built was granted by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. In 1761 Ahmad Shah Durrani sacked the town and destroyed the temple, which was rebuilt in 1764. One of the ancient and charming cities of India, Amritsar is an important distribution centre of dry-fruits in the country. Overnight stay at Amritsar.

After breakfast, Guided sightseeing tour of Amritsar. Visit the famous Golden Temple located in the heart of the city, Jalianwallah Bagh, a memorial built to commemorate the martyrs of the 1919 massacre; the Durgiana Mandir, temple dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga. Later proceed to the Wagah Border (less than 30 kilometers from the city) between India and Pakistan, At Wagah Border, witness the ceremonial changing of guard, the march-past followed by the singing of national anthem and other patriotic songs. Solders parading in full swing and the sight of India-Pakistan border from such close quarters will evoke a sense of nostalgia. After visit, return to hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast drive to Dharmshala. Check –in hotel. Visit various Monestries in Mc Leaod Ganj. Overnight stay at Mcleodganj.

After breakfast, Guided city tour of Dharamshala visiting Tsulagkhang Complex, Namgyal Monestery , Gyuto Monestery , Kangara Museum, Norbulingka, Tibbetian Centre etc. Overnight stay at McLeod Ganj.

After breakfast, proceed to Shimla. On arrival check –in hotel and relax. Evening walk on the Mal Road & vicinity.  Overnight stay at Shimla.

Breakfast at the hotel. Thereafter full day city tour of Shimla. Overnight stay at Shimla.

After breakfast, we will drop you Shimla station for Toy Train: Departs : 10-40 AM , arrive Kalka @16-10, Meet at Kalka Jn and proceed to the Chandigarh for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, visit the best planned city of India –  Pinjore Garden, Rock Garden, Shukhna lake etc. Later proceed to Rishikesh the Yoga Capital of India. Rishikesh is located in the foothills of the Himalayas. Rishikesh is gateway to the Himalayas. The spectacular River Ganga is like pert of the city. Rishikesh is a place visited by several yogis and sages. They lived and practiced hard penance here. Rishikesh is world famous as Yoga capital of the world. Overnight stay at the hotel Devine Resorts.

Early morning again starts your day with yoga and meditation class. Later proceed to Shivpuri town (26 kms far) for Rafting in River Ganga. Visit Vashistha cave for meditation. Vashistha was Guru of Lord Ram who meditated here. Afternoon visit Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Swarg Ashram, Bharat Mandir. Evening enjoy Ganga ceremony at Parmarth Niketan. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Haridwar for full day excursion.  Visit Shantikunj Ashram, Pawan Dham, Mansa Devi, Chandi Devi Temple and Daksh Temple. Evening Aarti at Har ki Pauri, Later return to hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After leisurely breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed to Delhi. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After an early breakfast, drive to Lucknow. On arrival check –in hotel. Evening walk at Hazrat ganj a famous Lucknow Markets. Overnight stay at Lucknow.

After breakfast, guided city tour of Lucknow visiting Bara & Chhota Imambara, Old Town , Residency etc. Evening enjoy famous Awadhi Mughal cousin, overnight stay at Lucknow.

After leisurely breakfast, leave for Ayodhya a spiritual place where Lord Rama was born. On arrival check –in hotel. Evening visit various Temples & Saryu Aarti at ghat. Overnight stay at Ayodhya.

After breakfast drive to Lumbini the birthplace of Lord Buddha. On arrival check –in hotel. Relax. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Lumbini.

After Breakfast -You will visit Japanese Stupa, Chinese Stupa, Ashoka Pillars, Vietnam Stupa, Buddha’s birthplace, Mayadevi Temple and many other Buddhist Stupas. You will hire Rickshaw on your own for sightseeing.

Afternoon Drive to Chitwan (5 hrs). During lunch there will be briefing about Chitwan National Park and Resort & its facilities. Overnight will be in Chitwan.

Located on the main road between Kathmandu and Bhairawa, there may be no other place in the world from where Great Himalayas peaks can beadmired from such a close distance. The Bindhyavasani Temple on its well-kept platform overlooks a modest amusement park. Phewa Lake, skirted by a large numbers of unpretentious lodges and simple restaurants, is the most congenial spot for visitors. On arrival in Pokhara check in at the hotel. Overnight in Pokhara.

Half day sightseeing tour of Pohkara. Pokhara is a beautiful valley which is situated at a height of 2950 ft. with its rare combination of snow-clad peaks among the highest in the world, crystal-clear lakes, stream and gorges, picturesque villages inhabited by friendly smiling Gurungs, Magars and other ethnic tribes.  Sightseeing includes visits to nearby Tibetan villages, Davis Fall, Mahendra Cave, the famous Seti George and some beautiful temples like Bindhabasini Temple and Pokhara Museum. Later one hour boat ride on lake Phewa — Phewa Lake is the center of all attraction in Pokhara. It is the largest and most enchanting of three lakes that add to the resplendence of Pokhara. The boat ride gives you the opportunity to marvel at the picturesque mountain peaks surrounding Pokhara and also gives you the opportunity to visit the Barahi Temple,the most important monument of Pokhra, that is situated in the middle of the lake. Drive to Nagarkot. Nagarkot – One of the best facilitated hill top resort towns to view the majesty of the Himalaya from, Nagarkot is situated at a height of 2195 meters and is only 32 km east of Kathmandu. The resort town is famous for its sunrise and sunset views and even offers glimpses of Mt. Everest in the east on a clear morning while the entire Langtang range looms right in front. Very early morning visit the Sunrise view of Mt. Everest, later have breakfast. After breakfast drive to Kathmandu. Kathmandu – Locked between India and Tibet the tiny kingdom of Nepal is a country full of diversity and fascination. Morning half day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city and Swayambhunath -Kathmandu Durbar Square – a number of interesting pagodas and Indian style temples (Sikhara), the House of Kumari (the living Goddess) and the Kasthamandap (or wooden house which is the origin of the word Kathmandu) and many more things to see. Sawayambhunath – The monkey temple, with its commanding views of Kathmandu, its whitewashed stupas and its unique synthesis of Buddhist and Hindu religions. Hanuman Dhoka – a temple complex in the middle of the old city. Built during the Malla period, the area consists of a number of different monuments & image of Lord Hanumana. Afternoon sightseeing tour of Boudhnath Stupa and Bhaktapur (Bhadgaon) — Boudhnath – it is among the largest stupas in South Asia, and it has become the focal point of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. The white mound looms thirty-six meters overhead. The stupa is located on the ancient trade route to Tibet, and Tibetan merchants rested and offered prayers here for many centuries. When refugees entered Nepal from Tibet in the 1950s, many of them decided to live around Bouddhanath. They established many gompas, and the “Little Tibet” of Nepal was born. Bhaktapur – The most attractive tourist spot in this grotesque city is the Durbar Square. The Golden Gate in the square, with its intricately carved deities and monsters, is one of the most richly carved gates of its kind in the world. The gate leads to the Palace of 55 windows, which has a balcony with 55 windows wand is a masterpiece of woodcarving. The stone temple of Batsala Devi at the square is a beautiful example of the Shikharal style of architecture. The temple also has a colossal bell on the terrace called the ‘Bell of the Barking Dogs’. A magnificent statue of King Bhupantindra Malla praying has been placed in the column facing the palace. Bhakatapur’s second main square is Taumadhi Tole, which is home to Nyatapola, the highest temple in the valley and Til Mahadev Narayan, an important place of pilgrimage. At Taumadhi Tole, you can also find Potters’ Square, where thousands of clay pots are made and sold. East of Taumadihi Tole, through narrow snaking streets of the old city centre, lies Tachupal Tole, another square containing temples and monasteries and a number of craft museums.
